Liverpool v Real Madrid
Don’t particularly care for either but should be an entertaining match.
5-4 to Real with a last minute Ronaldo overhead kick

Shame Liverpool hadn't a Tommy Smith or Graeme Souness to sort Ramos out but to be honest when they didn't score in the first half hour it was clear Madrid's tactics were working

Ramos represents the ugly side of football. He always has. A vile cunt. Losing Salah changed the game, was a huge turning point, that and an immense footballer like Bale entering the fray, who was laughably left on the bench.

Ramos is the sort of bloke who'd unplug your life support machine to charge his phone.

Pathetic victims. It's a mans game or should be.

Delighted that an average Real Madrid walked it. Liverpool overachieved to get there and are overrated. Without the amazing performances of Salah they wouldn't even be top 4 and as for the keeping situation, it's totally the managers fault for not bringing one in given they have one calamity after another.

Laughing inside especially when many of my glory hunting mates supported them when they had the Likes of Dalglish and Rush despite not knowing where Liverpool was. Some of the excuses coming out today on social media are comedy gold.

Souness doing the opposition HARD man.

Re: Liverpool v Real Madrid
Liverpool have always been proud of their ‘streetwise” professionalism and shankly used to laugh at West name for being a soft touch.

Their greatest side had sourness, jimmy case and Terry McDermott in midfield and that cunty German”s throw in in the cup final was proper gamesmanship.

So fuck them. Plus if Ramos is so good he can plan to dislocate someone’s arm in a fairly innocuous tackle he should be in the SAS.

Re: Liverpool v Real Madrid
you're missing the point. souness targetted the opposition hard nut/bully, not a winger/forward eight stone wringing wet

Sven Roeder 2:09 Sun May 27
Re: Liverpool v Real Madrid
It that’s Souness’s attitude he can’t have any complaints if Ramos did deal with Salah.
Maybe he is just calling the Liverpool players pussies

Re: Liverpool v Real Madrid
i agree about liverpool, couldn't give a shit but it wasnt a coincidence that snidey bollocks was involved in theor best player getting injured. it was good listening to souness in the week who said he'd target the opposition's bully player early on and neutralise him. i just wish he'd been around now to cripple that cunt ramos

Sven Roeder 2:01 Sun May 27
Re: Liverpool v Real Madrid
My view was that they tussled for the ball and locked arms. Salah actually reengages their arms locking before he went down.
As they tumbled Salah’s arm got trapped and opened up the shoulder
And Ramos didn’t try at all avoid falling on him and helping that process
Wet your knickers but I don’t mind a defender taking advantage of a situation to hurt someone ‘accidentally’.
It’s the other stuff Ramos does like the play acting where he got Mane booked that should be seen by refs and get him a booking

Re: Liverpool v Real Madrid
Ok, so the outrage is he should have been booked. I personally didn't think so, but fair enough. Hardly the biggest mistake of all time though?

Watching it impartially, I actually thought the ref did ok, and tried to let the game flow where he could. Madrid are cynical bastards, but that's what Spanish and Italian teams have always been like.

The amount of fucking times I've watched West Ham on the receiving end of shit decisions against teams like Liverpool, well, my sympathy is in short supply if last night is the worst they'll suffer.

Takashi Miike 1:53 Sun May 27
Re: Liverpool v Real Madrid
he wasnt even booked, who said sending off. i can't doubt the trophies and medals he's won but loads have been through cheating and being a snide cunt. of course madrid were the better team, how won't they be with someone like bale on the bench. what last night proved is klopp needs a lot more options going forward, as solanke and lallana aren't at that level

Eerie Descent 1:45 Sun May 27
Re: Liverpool v Real Madrid
Do me a favour Miike

You're the first one complaining about the pansies in the game, and you think THAT was a sending off?

Blimey.

Takashi Miike 1:44 Sun May 27
Re: Liverpool v Real Madrid
no, that isnt football, you probab!y wouldnt get away with that shit in rugby. straight in the bin, but it's not the first time him and his scumbag mate pepe cheated another team in a final, is it?

Eerie Descent 1:30 Sun May 27
Re: Liverpool v Real Madrid
When you say deliberate, you think he tried to dislocate his elbow?

Fucking hell hahaha

He meant to take him down to stop an attack, Salah also had hold of his shirt by the way, but that's football, it was a foul, unfortunately he fell awkwardly but Ramos hardly tried to take his legs off at the knee did he.

I can't believe the drama surrounding it all, the best team won, and for the 3rd year on the trot. They know how to win that competition.
